Lincoln, Neb. - Cornhusker Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Sherla Post to vice president human resources. She is responsible for organizational development, recruitment and retention, employment policies and programs, compensation, benefits, performance management and employee relations.
Post joined Cornhusker Bank in April of 2006 as the human resources administrator. She came to Cornhusker Bank from Nebraska Forensic Medical Services, PC where she served as administration manager. Post brings more than 24 years of human resources experience. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Lincoln Human Resource Management Association and Care Calling Committee for Southwood Lutheran church.
